On the 20th of January there will be another FEAST, hosted by De Makers van Rotterdam. Five ideas originating from Rotterdam will be pitched during a nice dinner at RAAF and the winner will go home with the proceeds of the night. We got our starting capital for our Free Library this way and it’s great if you have an idea or want to be involved in the happenings of Rotterdam.
So join us for dinner and also find out how our library is doing.
Even the Wall Street Journal is bookclubbing! The WSJ book club will be lead by world-famous authors picking their favourite books each month. The first one will be Elizabeth Gilbert from the spiritual hit-wonder Eat, Pray, Love, but other auteurs like Neil Gaiman and Gillian Flynn are already patiently awaiting their turn.
If you can’t get enough of book clubs, you can give this a try.
