You might have seen this floating around the internet, but there’s nothing like getting some really awesome and most of all free books from a dying entity. We’re all sad libraries are closing down, but at least some of them go out thinking about their readers.

By now everyone must be sick of end of the year lists, so NPR took a different approach. They made an end of the year app, showing the best books of last year  neatly arranged by genre, difficulty and mood.

If you like David Foster Wallace, you’ve probably been on a roller coaster ride this week. Jason Segel will portray the author in the adaptation of  Although Of Course You End Up Becoming Yourself: A Road Trip with David Foster Wallace and you just know the internet has something to say about that.
